Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the Melbourne metropolitan area (postcodes 3000–3207). Pick up from our warehouse is also available. Delivery costs and timeframes are confirmed at checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose Pick Up at checkout and collect from our warehouse at 23 Cambria Road, Keysborough, VIC, 3173. We will email you when your order is ready.
Is installation available?
Yes. Choose Delivery + Installation at checkout and your order will be delivered and professionally installed. Please make sure there is safe access and a suitable, level space.
How much space do I need for a pilates reformer?
Most reformers are about 2.3–2.5 m long and 60–70 cm wide. Allow at least one metre of clear space around the machine for getting on and off and full-range movement. Check the dimensions on each product page, including the folded size for foldable models.
How much room do I need for a billiards table?
As a guide, allow roughly a cue length (about 1.5 m) of clear space around all sides of the table, in addition to the table size itself. Check the dimensions on the product page against your room before ordering.
Will it fit through my doors and stairs?
Our products are large and heavy. Measure your doorways, corners and stairs before ordering and tell us about any access restrictions so we can plan delivery. If you are unsure, send us an enquiry on the product page.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us at sales@xsportsliving.com.au within 48 hours with your order number and photos. You have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that apply regardless of this timeframe. See our Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Within 30 days of delivery or pick up, if the goods are unused and in original packaging, and you contact us first. Return freight is at your cost unless we agree otherwise. See Returns & Refunds for the full conditions.
